This training session is available for students that want to implement an Extensis Asset Management solution. This is a best practices course designed for customers looking to begin using their Extensis products more effectively while learning about Portfolio’s latest features. This class is good for first-time users and companies in the process of upgrading to the latest version of Portfolio.

This class will provide product concepts in a non-specific workflow format. While general ideas will be demonstrated, this class will not focus on the specific workflow environment.

Note: This course will not cover migration assistance from previous versions of Portfolio.

Course Format:

Hands-on and Lecture-style

Each student will be provided their own workstation and sample files for all exercises during the class.

Platform for Training:

Apple Macintosh OS 10.4 will be used during training or Window users will have to bring own machine. (Laptops only please)

Instructors will provide an overview of software installation and demonstrate best-use of current product features.

Portfolio administrators will learn the most commonly used features for maintaining their catalogs while end users will focus on the features necessary to get their jobs done more efficiently.

users a jump start to using their Portfolio solutions.
